I bring more than 18 years of international executive search experience, including formative years at Russell Reynolds Associates and McKinsey & Company, where I developed a structured, analytical approach to identifying and assessing senior talent. In 2018, I founded my own boutique practice, advising clubs, investors, and organisations on leadership appointments across coaching, sporting, performance, and specialist roles.

That journey deepened my conviction that data, structure, and deep human insight aren't competing forces. Together, they're the only way to truly reduce risk in high-stakes leadership decisions.

At onenexus, I work with football clubs and federations across the Benelux and beyond, helping them find coaches and leaders who can perform today and build for tomorrow. My work is grounded in transparency, close attention to what's actually happening inside clubs, and a deep respect for how complex and how consequential these decisions really are.
