My mission is to strengthen football clubs’ long-term success and sustainability through a more professional, structured, and objective approach to executive search. I work to ensure that leadership appointments are driven by insight, alignment, and evidence—matching the right people with an organisation’s culture, ambition, and strategic direction—rather than by networks, familiarity, or emotion.
I am a theory-driven practitioner who pursues quality through continuous development.
My work is grounded in due diligence, confident humility, and a firm belief that sustainable performance is created by developing both individuals and organisations every day.
I bring more than 20 years of experience from leadership and operational roles within professional football, primarily from an academy and talent-develop-ment perspective, combined with experience as part of senior management teams. This background enables me to understand the real demands placed on leaders—not just in theory, but in practice.
Alongside my club career, I have worked with the Danish FA (DBU) as an analyst, supporting head coaches in critical decision-making: selecting the right people, defining the right strategy, and preparing teams to execute at the highest level.
Equally important, my role required objective, non-results-driven evaluation—separating performance from outcome, and emotion from evidence.
Through DBU’s education system, I have also contributed to the development of future leaders in Danish and international football as an instructor on Talent ID, analytics, and selected leadership modules. This role reinforces my commitment to structured decision-making, reflective leadership, and continuous personal development.
