With a solid background in auditing and tax, followed by roles as accounting and finance manager and various leadership roles within the sports industry, I have built a strong foundation for executive search — especially in handball. For me, executive search isn’t about CVs — it’s about character and context.

Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG. Focus: Auditing and tax. Later IT consultant at Cornator Viborg, where I applied my auditing background to CRM system implementation and support.
Transitioned to Head of Finance and Sport at Viborg HK. I oversaw the financial strategy while managing both the men's and women's top teams in Denmark and the Champions League.
