Allan has more than 25 year’s experience in the football business. Most recently as Sports Director in one of Denmark's leading football clubs Aalborg BK A/S. A role he held for 6.5 years, and where he also had a spell as CEO. Allan also has extensive international experience from political work in the European Club Association and as a keynote speaker at the UEFA MIP Programme.

He played 14 years as a professional football player in the top leagues in Denmark, Italy and Norway. He won two Danish championships and a cup title. In addition, he has worked as a communications consultant at Coloplast A/S, one of Denmark’s most successful companies.

Education: MsC. in Business Administration & Communications from Copenhagen Business School, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Aalborg University, and High Performance Leadership Copenhagen Business School Executive.
