Morten joined Connect (now onenexus) in January 2012 and has thus been part of the company's development for almost its entire lifetime. His ability to create trusting relationships with different people has given Morten a unique insight and industry knowledge which is valuable in the daily dialogue with both clubs and coaches. Over the years, he has been involved in large number of cases at a professional level, this has provided him with access to  many talented elite and top coaches as well as clubs at the highest level in and outside Scandinavia.

At amateur level Morten also is a coach and sports manager in a local amateur football club. Education: He holds a Msc. in Strategy, Organization and Management specializing in change management from Aarhus School of Business.
